Parang declared independence on November 24, 2024. Before that we were a colony of the Dictatorship of Taua. In 2007 Taua experienced one of the worst economic depressions of all time. Taua had the entire land while the rebels only had a few small parts here and there. But in October the rebels started winning and on November 24, 2024, We finally gained full independence from Taua.
